Cursed Heart

I know he is no longer around
and I place that blame on me.
I wish I never loved him
or let him fall in love with me.

He fell for a girl wrapped in a curse,
it is sewn within her heart,
and one kiss is all it takes
for an evil spell to cast.

His lips pressed against mine,
and before I could stop him,
I found myself kissing back.

Now,
he is no longer around
and I place that blame on me.
I wish I never fell in love
and sparked the curse that lives within.
