I saw your reflection smiling at an empty shell
Wondering what others see,
Spending most of your time alone
Is this what you call being free?
Watching people smile as they look your way
While talking behind your back,
Is this what your life measures up to
Or is this just a personal attack?
Thinking that you are living life right
But still not reaching your dreams,
I guess that life is only as good as you think
And not always what it seems,
