Face battered and torn as I lay,
In the puddle of blood where you left me,
Need to get up and carry on,
No time to have pity.

Kicked down again,
Eyes are to swollen to see,
Sick of this bastard pain,
Sorry it has to be this way

I dust myself clean
Legs like jelly struggling to hold my weight,
I have to get back where I was once seen
I love standing there its great

You see this where it started for me,
Back on the roof
Ready for my second jump,
One... Two... THREE...........

    Reminds me of the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result...

    You know why I jump off the roof friend? Because it feels so damn good when I stop.

    On a technical note... be cognisant of your syllable count as you write. It will help the flow of one rhyme to the next. Well done.
