You would find yourself lying
in the grass at the foot of a hill,
smelling summer and spring
dramatically withering away,
as the beauty of nature is empowered
by all colours' dying screams.
Vivid veils of fading wishes would mesmerizingly
paint the flowerbeds like black and white fireworks
that were never given the chance to live;
Almost as if the trees were dancing
would they violently lash out at anything,
and even the darkened sky would weep.
Climbing calmly, over the hill you'd see her,
standing on a frozen lake surrounded by grief.
You would have been overcome with the desire
to run more swiftly than your imagination's highest speed,
to reach the hauntingly beautiful woman's side,
as she'd beckon you onto the center of the lake.
Your vision would blacken until you'd find yourself
inside the unknown world's unknown reach.
Gravity would crushingly force you down on your knees.
Drowning in a dreadful serenity that bleeds,
you would wonderfully ache at the bottom of her feet,
and you would be compelled to raise your head.
Gazing upon her alluring visage,
with your failing hands you would try
to reach the warmth of her encharming grace.
The paleness of her skin would perfectly encase
the divinity of her seemingly fragile shape,
as her piercing blue eyes annihilates your smile.
She would with an ethereal elegance
delicately put her hands on your cheeks,
pulling you closer to her enticingly pale lips.
You would have surrendered to her kiss,
and let yourself be devoured by blackness,
as your evanescent love would flicker radiantly,
And for a moment you'd display unearthly brilliance,
as you would blissfully fade into nothingness,
and even the skies would weep.
But today she did not bring her scythe,
she merely intended to remind you
that she is ever present.
