Turn off the sun

by PineappleKing   Feb 4, 2015

Nervously I remove my shirt and crawl into bed a foot away from you.
I'm scared that others may disprove of me being close.
When the lights go out I let my hands do the seeing.
And what they see my eyes are jealous for.
You laying there like an angel on a bed of clouds.
I cant resist, I work with slow and precise movements to make little noise.
I feel your body growing nearer and nearer.
Finally i have you in my arms and I just melt, all time stops and i know pure bliss.
Sleep quickly comes to take me but I fight it to memorize the feel of your curves in my arms.
When I finally do loose the battle it doesn't last long, the sun is prying its way into the room through a crack in the curtains.
I lied, now I know pure bliss, to wake up in your arms and you to wake up in mine is pure heaven!

"Good morning beautiful" I say through blurry eyes, but you are as beautiful as ever.
"Hello" you say back and smile, I cant hold my self back, I kiss you gently and slowly.

This is the way I wish to wake up everyday.

Beautiful little write which is about appreciating that special one, and just to wake up beside them, and fall asleep beside them everyday, how precious,

There is a lot of errors in grammar, nothing major, just capital letters missing, apostrophes etc. All which can be fixed easily if you wanted to.

    But great poem.
