Hello. If this is true, I am sorry that this happened. This seems like it just happened recently, because it is very raw. You put a lot of your emotions into it, and I hoped that it made you feel better writing it. However, I doubt that it did.

My only advice that I can give you for something like this is to hang on. It is a terrible feeling to have your heart ripped out of your chest, then stomped on by those you love. Even though right now it may be bruised, it will heal over time.
