Petals

by kiara   Mar 4, 2015

He loves me, he loves me not.
One, two, petals drop.
Eyes meeting, hearts beating.
Lost in his sight.

He loves me, he loves me not.
The third and fourth steadily drop.
Fingertips touching, hands intwining.
Lost deeper in his clutch.

He loves me, he loves me not.
Five and six slips and drops.
Lips colliding, eyes blinding.
Lost in his love.

He loves me.
The seventh drops.
Blinds are ripped, opened up.
The eighth descends to drop.
Coated in red, her breathing stopped.
He loves me not...
