Congrats, Meme! Great senryu, so much depth in the idea of the "warmth" of someone's voice.

They say caffeine is not addictive.
They also say that recent studies show that coffee is good for you.
    Yeah.
We've both been there. It's so good, so delicious, bracing and even fortifying!
But then you overdo it, your hands start shaking, you realize why you stayed away for so long long. Ah, but the aroma, who can resist it.
Let's have a cup and maybe the day will be bright and sunny.
Relationships like that should be measured like espresso.

Yes! Double shots and am good for the day. And dont let me start on the aroma, it is the best thing ever. How can anyone resist that?!

A beautiful, simple senyru that captures the essence of relationships in a way that it feels has been lost. Explaining them to being better than coffee is stunning because what other substance is so abundant in most parts of today's world that it is encountered at least once a day while still managing to be both comforting and lovely. The voice in this piece is gorgeous and lonely while still maintaining hope that the memory is enough for now. Stunningly penned.

This poem is spectacular, with it's short length yet mind blowing content! I could just repeat those words to myself over and over again.

Many people have this relationship with coffee, and the 1st thing that comes to mind is attachment.

The description, "urges" "Warm voice" egh my mouth got actually watered, I could just get the feeling the writer was trying to pen down. This is one of the best poems I've read by this talented writer ..

I say over and over - I always admire the ability to say so much with so little - I find it practically impossible. Excellent
