Well, Saffie, you really put your heart out in this piece and I think each line speaks for itself. So hard to write how much a person can mean to us, how much their presence or even silence (in some cases) can still comfort us. I definitely have that person in my life who can read everything I don't say in my eyes, and who is patient when I don't know what exactly to say. Then even if circumstances pulled us apart, if I am near them again, it is like we are still so connected.

You are so good at expressing yourself and saying exactly what you want to say in few words - a skill in itself - no waffle which loses the focus! You use simple words and phrases magically! Lovely imagery, simply described!
