Because this world is so damn cruel.

And wished that you could stay in there,

Forever and ever, and never let it end?
Because they are your safe haven,
They are your world.
They keep you safe from the dangers of the world,
Nothing can keep you down whenever you are with them.
Nothing can hurt you while they are there.
But the minute they are gone, fear consumes,
Making you scream silently for them to come back,
Your heart breaking at the thought of anything bad happening to them,
Whether it be friends or family that don't approve, or car accidents, or cancer,
You want to protect them from everyone and everything.
Protect them.
Keep them safe.
