I love this one so much (: Added to favorites (: Considering I also like the quote that you used as the inspiration for this makes it even more beautiful (:

Everyone of us, at some point, has felt the urge to run away -- with the hopes that someone will come to run after us. We want to feel that someone out there cares, and that we are needed and we belong somewhere.

I like the specifity... Like the time, and Sunday morning.. makes the poem more personal and more adorable, at least for me. I also like how the poem incorporates reality with its words, like how Earth dirties the people, while the people destroy the creation, etc. It makes me think that we will be lost in the confusions, ironies, and many other things in this world, but as long a you have each other, you will always be found.

    Beautifully penned (:

I love what you done with this piece! So glad you decided to write a poem from the quote, you went down a great avenue!

I especially like your layout in this piece. AS you know, I am a bigger fan of punctuated work than not, but when I read some poems which are not punctuated and they are good poems, the punctuation is not needed! And this is definitely one of these poems.

They layout is lovely, and really works along with the lack of punctuation. It is like one long thought, that just kept drawing out longer.

The passion in the first lines are well portrayed, repeating that want to be found, but in the different ways, in every way possible. Nicely opened.

Love the attitude in the next stanza, and how you make that time so precise, it really works, and gives you that really uplifting feeling of hope and refreshment for a new day.

I think your third stanza is powerful because it speaks of the truth, of the ugly part of this world, but with that ugliness there is always beauty to be found and appreciated.

Great ending, I didn't feel like I was missing anything at the end, which I often do in my own poetry as I struggle to end sometimes, but this felt like the perfect time and way to end the poem, recapping that faith of being found and wanting to be found.

    Fantastic write guinea pig!

Beautifully simple, I like how this well written free verse piece passionately felt without excessive use of complicated wording, similes or metaphors. A single thought expressing the title and neatly framed.
