This seems like a very personal poem from my point of view. it seems you are talking about someone very close to you who has fallen. There is always that one person who gives anyone hope inside, and though your words hold darkness, that can unlock something inside of us that we cant see. This kind of reads like you are in a dream like state until the end of the poem. Sometimes we feel like we are going in slow motion and that is painful to dead with. Or maybe you are dealing with PTSD where you relive that day in February and inturn, you use your pain to express how you feel in these poems. I do love the ending though because it is a bit of a twist of sorts. But not really. But you do leave the reader in suspense on what happens in augist, a birthday maybe? hard to say, but overall this is a great write

I like the title and its so true as well as creative, "where flowers bloom so does hope" an interesting message. Flowers are not only beautiful and pleasing to the heart and eyes but yes they do bloom hope day in and out...nice write :)

This piece is purely magically within the wording and formatted style. I was mesmerized by its elegance and beauty...

Its nature tones are breathtaking but then adding the message of a broken city perhaps is just something that left me speechless at the end. I do love thought provoking pieces such as this.. its truly elegant, well done!
