Set in series to fashion meaning
Paired with timing to emphasise thought
But when love enters in English dictating
The words take on a new challenge when placing
And as the seconds and minutes unfold
There still seems questions the wording can hold
Pondering endings that seem to simple
Dropping long words that lose all the feeling
Grasping for ways to say without saying
The things that are treasured inside of your heart
And finally as hours lay wasted
Cast aside with little regard
You hold in your mind a sentence worth saying
To someone who also lies deep in your heart
