Such a mesmerizing, romantic piece. I think it's that confused swinging between wanting and not wanting and you knew how to craft that. Your short lines are very elegant.

This was beautiful. I am not sure I have read a poem that so powerfully pulls at the strings, both light and dark, of longing, forlorn hope.

The poem I can mostly relate to is this. Every word and emotion. The longing.. The pain.. Trying to hold on even to the little pieces you can get, ai know how that feels. Keeping someone present in your life a little bit longer in your dreams. This poem spoke to me in so many different levels!
