I am an insect I am not a bug, I am not snug Or live in a rug. Don't call me a bug That I don't deserve, Cause I know I havent Gotten on your nerves. I mind my own business I do my own little thing, I do not bug nobody So stop that blaming me. I am just an insect Not a bug of a such, I never bother anyone Not even a smudge. For I am an insect And people do like me, Cause I'm not a bug Like that pestering flea. So don't you bug out And look at me wrong, Cause us insects and bugs We never ever get along. I am just an insect And I barely do scrape by, So if you call me a bug Then you are telling a lie.
