My daughter's vet accepted Chloe, a rescue (& got in trouble with the head vet for it). The poor thing was manged so bad she had no hair and you literally could not tell what she was. Jessica and the other Vet Assistants loved her, scrubbed her daily and medicated her. She was the sweetest dog they had in the clinic. The clinic's Foster Angel began taking her home on weekends. Chloe's hair grew in; turned out she was a collie-rottweiler mix & gorgeous. The Foster Angel wound up adopting her. |
This is so beautiful and you have such a good heart, Saffie. Indeed, every person and animal deserves love and to be treated with kindness, no matter their appearance. Beauty can be found everywhere, especially in man's best and sweetest companion. |
People can be very cruel and ignorant. Often they get blinded by the outer looks when actually beauty comes from within. Instead of trying to get the person or the pet to know we judge. My girls once had a dog and he was completely deformed but he was the most loyal and best friend they ever had. This really touched my heart and it took me back in time. Great job and will add to my favorite. |
