Twisted

by TheMask   Jun 11, 2015

I don't see anything
In this broken world worth seeing
With my twisted eyes
Far to gone, nothing but darkness within me
Causing nothing but despair and regret

I just wanted to see what was on the other side
Just a peak for a second, nothing more
Oh but what I saw made me look a second time

You then saw me and came over

I ran worried about the consequences of looking over
I wasn't supposed to I don't belong in that world
I ran never looking back..
Back at that beautiful world

The world far better then mine
The world you left me for
The world I despise, hate, and loathe
The world far better then mine

A world better than anything I can imagine
A world without broken dreams, hearts, and minds
A world for truly great people to live in
A world I can only hope for...

Ha hope the last thing I had left
That was crushed by you and me both

Hope isn't for me
Hope isn't for the silent mistreated broken people
Hope isn't for people without anything

Hope is for people still intact

Not me, I am too far gone
Too gone to love,
I wish I could but..
You took that away when you left for that world

I loved it, but it's *than unless you meant then.
But I really did like it ^.^
