Fleeting moments

by Larry Chamberlin   Jun 19, 2015

You hear so often:
"this too shall pass."
People come & go,
we drift into & out of
several lives
in our brief time on Earth.

Cherish THIS moment,
fleeting as it is;
choose to take
the good memories;
let the bad ones dissolve
with the morning mists.

    This is so true! Haha. Carpe Diem! We must always seize the moment for in this toilsome road alas, once and only once I pass. Haha. Everything is fleeting, they can be lost in the blinks of an eye. Time ticks away too fast and if we don't take time to look around and appreciate, we will be missing a lot of things. Lightning will never strike the same place twice, thus many things are only meant to happen once. Once is enough if we do it right. We must alway live for the moment. Nice write (:

    PS. Well said (:
