Powerful words, Liss - reminds me of some of my poems actually (topically) Excellent.

Hello Liss,

this is a insightful piece of writing. The 'temptation' to run away and hide from life's 'heartbreaks' is preferable at times. What does this mean? It means 'escaping' the pain as it feel too much to bear. The reality is this - Pain is normal and with it the depression, fear and anxiety. The sollution is: Time. Time to self reflect and make a plan. Plan to learn from each and every mistake whether yours or another person's. Speak to supportive and trusted friends and family and keep writing.Life is too short for regrets and the future is brighter than you think.
