The Bible tells us a story About a baby named Jesus, Who's the son of The Father And the Reason for the Season. He was raised in a manger For all of the Inns were full, So a horse stable full of hay Turned out to be so useful. As the good news got around The Whole World came to know, So they all made the journey Out into the cold deep snow. As the stars in the dark sky As they all showed the way, To that stable in Bethlehem Or the place where Jesus lay. All that saw came bearing gifts For all of them wanted to see, The New Savior of the World Hopefully all would then believe. When baby Jesus became a man He would spread his Father's word, To everybody and all that would listen Or anybody else that overheard. For no one was ever turned down Or no one was ever turned away, But not everybody of the times Liked a thing Jesus had to say. He was hung on a rugged Cross Through both his hands and feet, With three hugh railroad spikes And that's not no trick or treat. He wore thornes upon his head And red stripes upon his back, From the beating that he took From the effects of his attack. Then Jesus was placed in a tomb And he arose on that third day, Yes the body of Jesus was gone The Grave Stone was rolled away. He promised he would return And that one day will be soon, So I hope that you are saved Cause Salvation is no cartoon. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ Trust in his Father who is God, And come home to live in Heaven Not in some foreign land abroad.
