The seed and the gardener

by Everlasting   Jun 29, 2015

A gardener before planting it into a vase, spoke to the seed:

"Within this vase lies the soil that'll nurture your soul,
Within this Vase is the dirt where you'll feed from,
But fear not, the dirt that this vase is filled with,
includes the fertilizers that'll help you grow"

And as the gardener planted the seed in the vase, the seed spoke:

"But what if I feed and the fertilizers within the dirt become scare?
How will I continue to grow?

To which the gardener replied,

"Fear not, that if by chance the fertilizers were to become scare,
I'll provide them to you as you grow up."

To which the seed replied,

"But how would you know if the fertilizers became scare?
How would you know if I'm feeding from them and not from the dirt itself? How would you know? if you are placing me in here, in this vase to be alone, covered by dirt and without me being illuminated by at least the sun?

To which the gardener replied,

Everyday, I'll come to water the soil I've placed you upon,
I'll water it with enough nutrients to satiate your thirst,
And everyday, I'll see how you'll grow:

-First, you'll grow roots to feed from the soil that I have placen you upon.
- Then a stem, to stem victoriously out of the dirt where I have placen you upon,
- Then a flower, to show the world, that even if one is covered by dirt, alone, and in darkness, one can grow roots to feed from the fertilizers, and grow into something beautiful.

But if by chance, I see that you are not blooming like you are supposed to.
I'll change the soil where I've placed you upon. I'll water you less.
Or I'll water you more. I'll do whatever you need so long as you'll grow.

To be continue
