WHY ARE YOU RUSHING

by Gayle McMillan   Jul 31, 2015

Why are you rushing,
to get somewhere fast?
Troubled that perhaps
You`ll get there last?

Hurrying, scurrying,
To get where?
What will you find,
When you get there?

So eager, full of anxious thoughts
Carrying on with your mind in knots
Be content, right where you are
Right in this moment, be the star

Learn to be still, let anxious thoughts cease
Then you`ll discover joy and perfect peace
You will get to where your suppose to be
Enjoying this moment~ is the key
Life`s too short to have regret
Too much living to live to worry and fret
