This is a poem I wrote a while back... I'm just now putting it online though.

Reality is...

Swore that you were different.
I let you quickly convince me.
But I guess the reality is,
I only saw what I wanted to see.

Fell for you way too hard,
And honestly way too fast,
But I guess the reality is...
I should have learned from my past.

I thought all you said was true,
Thought what we had was real.
I guess the reality is...
I got too caught up in how I feel.

I guess I let myself believe
Dreams and fairy tales could really come true.
But now I know the reality is...
I'll forever be in love with you.
