Another beautifully written piece Cassie which speaks of hardships gone through but hope in the end. Excellent use of metaphors throughout. Great poem from one of my favourite authors on this site.

So descriptive and intense, really showing us that battle of emotions, of ups and downs, depression trying to overpower you and steal your entire being.
