IF REGRET IS MY JUDGE

by Gayle McMillan   Aug 11, 2015

Regret chases me down
Leaving nothing unturned
With punishment, torment
For every hard lesson learned

Replayed over in my mind
It beats me down with shame
Pointing the finger, it says; YOU`RE GUILTY
You`re the one to blame

If Regret is my judge
And Guilt, my jury
I don`t have a chance
I`ve got reason to worry
