Mother Earth:

by Scott Cole   Aug 15, 2015

Let's be kind to ole Mother Earth
For she's getting so much older,
And how much longer she's here
Will fall on all of our shoulders.

Her once freshly running waters
Now oozes with manly pollution,
So let's put our heads together
And very quickly find a solution.

This air that we halfway breathe
Is hardly even good air at all,
So may we all do our own part
Before we stop...drop and fall.

What was once her natural beauty
Has been stripped from her land,
Not by some giant hungry monster
But by the greedy hands of man.

She provides us all with so much
But we all even still want more,
And one day her vast resources
Will be bare from shore to shore.

So stand up for our grand lady
And give her all her rightly dues,
Cause when she's all but used up
Then what so ever will we all do.
