This far outstrips my effort, Michael - brilliantly imaginative, funny but all so true and sad at the same time. Excellent.

Ha ha, what a funny poem you wrote, Michael! I am not sure whether you meant it that way, but is sure made me smile!

    Well done,

Wow. This really is quite an effort breaking down the chains of creativity and imagination to a whole new level. Trying to imagine the whole scenario when you cut an orange into two, twisted and stretch. So much like doing graphics/Animation. .And yes it served me the purpose.

    For such a portrait
One with the half an orange twisted then oblitareted stretched to for a banana like image is as thoughtful as doing the art itself.

    I like the piece.
    Great work.

    Shanly.

Love the message in this poem. Although it is short, but it is packed with depth and meanings. Many things in life are PHOTOSHOPed into something far away from what they originally are. And I found it refreshing that the writer painted that picture in those little words. How can an orange ever become a banana? Some just fail to see the depth of meaning in that!

This poem made me giggle. So many people are so obsessed with how their photos look nowadays that they'll do absolutely everything they can to alter it and use filters on them, and by the time they've finished doing so the picture looks absolutely nothing like the original version and you'd never be able to tell it's the same thing.

This poem reminds me we need to focus more on the inner parts of ourselves and stop making such a fuss about the outer parts and caring what others think about it or trying to live up to what is now considered 'normal' by society.

I found the poem to be creative and unique and written in a way that had me smiling at the end, lovely work.
