Classic and fresh at the same time, Hellon.

Words meant to both comfort and inspire; no matter how many times they may be said from parent to a child they are new in the occurence each time.

In all the ways I have heard them said, this version has great beauty, poignancy and even a glimmer of finality ... and yet something after.

    Very well done, Hellon.

    Hello Hellon,

Children are perfect before start to grow up. At this point the world starts to pollute their purity. This childs question is innocent and comes from his natural mind of curiosity and wonder. His mother knows this and despite her anguish she soothes her childs journey from his life and hers too. This is the love of a mother combined with the complete trust of her child.

    Well done.

    Take care.

Congratulations on this winning poem, Hellon. It is a very touching write. Indeed, what to say to a small child, when it wants to know what comes after this life... You worded it well.
I hope no one stole this poem, like they once stole another poem you wrote for a member of your family that died?

    Well done,

    Ingrid
