Bleeding my pain

I am dying bit by bit
each slice of the blade across my wrist
the blood drips down and rolls on the table
please don't give me cutter as a label
even though its what I do
I don't cut in front of you
I spare you from seeing the pain in my life
the pain thats so deep I resort to the knife
the pain has burned away my heart
making me feel torn apart
I stumble and fall
I stay down and crawl
love is just an invisible feeling
I don't know how long I can keep dealing
with this pain
