All Hallows Eve

by Michael D Nalley   Oct 6, 2015

its very last breath
another poor child is reaped
by the grimness of death
holocausts of oktoberfests
await the harvest of the blest
praises are better left unsung
like a bell better left unrung

I like this very much. Sad and desolate....I love the strong emotions here...how you penned them beautifully in such wonderful verses.

Oh my.....really this is beautiful...sad but beautiful, i admire your writing greatly for many reasons but mostly for the way you convey emotions and create atmospheres effortlessly.
