Suicide's Wife

by Baby Rainbow   Oct 25, 2015

Sipping vodka,
I pour myself another drink,
wondering why pretty hurts
and only love looks beyond the skin.

So many people just like me,
their souls escaping this world every day,
no more abusing,
no more pain to be endured.

Sipping vodka,
I pour myself another drink,
ready to start a new life,
becoming Suicide's wife.

And as I say goodbye
to this cruel world,
I smile upon my face with peace,
for I was not afraid to die.

    Nice
Maybe the fear of death is justifies when you want to kill yourself for someone else's misdeed.
