    Hello Larry,

A poinant and reflective piece. It feels like the between is family and the beyond the relationship developed over a lifetime together.

If not, your work is always interesting and has layers that reveal more on each reading.

    Take care

      Thanks, Michael

My mom used to tell me tales from her childhood in Ireland. The Between figured in them prominently.

Okay taking this from the title Halloween and the details in short stanzas shows that there are deeper things here shared by the writer and someone else-its like hearing tales around the fire place, the spooky experience/folklore etc. But what I also gather is that as a child one grows up hearing this, it instills a certain believe and with that is how traditions are born and little fears are instilled!

Liked how you have penned this Sir for your voice comes out here and it feels like you are talking to the reader.
