Snow dusting begins
within a tranquil memory,
covering limbs of skeletal
shadows.

I've crossed over years ago,
donations of blood overflow
In darkness, the sun will always
shine,
come morning.

Shaking crystal globes
of glass become fragile
within ageless nightmares,
decaying slowly with each
sip of morning coffee....

An almost hypnotic piece and - as ever - wonderfully written.

    Hello,

Personally a cup of Earl Gray performs the same feat for me.

I love the language you use and the dreamy quality you manage to infuse.

    'now dusting begins
    within a tranquil memory,
    covering limbs of skeletal
    shadows. '

Eyes trying to open, everything appearing dusty. Reality and dreamscape are merged for a while. Like a second skin, a shadow, it will soon be left beneath the pillow until bedtime.

Well done. I'm off to bed now! lol

    Take care,

    Michael
