What Have We Become

Watching the water fall from the sky
Seems like tears from G-ds eye,
Seeing what we have become
And how such evil has blossomed in some,

Wondering if he has failed this race
The smile slowly fading from his face,
Hoping he might fix the disease
The seven sins that bring us to our knees,

Has free will been abused
Can these actions be excused,
Will mankind stand up and take control
Or stay seated and lose its soul,

Might we see another ark
Before the world again goes dark,
If we are not able to answer this
It may all end with one final kiss
