False Hope

Flirting can be fun
If you're not giving false hope,
Be careful you don't lead them on
Leaving them dangling from a rope,

Feelings can be hurt
When you lead on too strong,
Some don't care how they act
While leading someone along,

Sometimes intimidation is unknown
To those who don't care to see,
So if you are not really interested
Please don't flirt with me

    How very true this poem is. Flirting can be fun, but I have too often seen it lead to hurt and anger.
