Weeping

by Dagmar Wilson   Dec 3, 2015

My dress is made of long slender leaves
I am wearing it with pride,
the sleeves are extra long
you can wrap yourself in it.

I like when the sun is bright
it enhances the green.

The cold and my dress
don't mingle well,
I'm weeping.
The color green is dying.

I remain naked until spring arrives again.
