I do not have the heart of a winner
like everyone believes I do.
My heart longs for a delete button
because I don't need this life
of being lonely in the corners
of the burning flames -
the smell of death
tempting me towards Heaven's door.
I want to surrender my soul,
hoping for a better world
than the one which is weighing me down.
I want to become lifted
from this disruptive mind of mine,
before falling into the wrong place,
and I let my spot in life be replaced.
