Dawn of the Age of BiPolar

by Larry Chamberlin   Dec 28, 2015

I cannot equate you
or quantify my feelings
about you.

What good is mathematical genius
when it fails
to define the mystery
of an analog heart?

But do I need to understand?

Even when you run from me,
don't show up or lock me out,
I know - not from logic -
that what is needed
is love, not reaction.

So here, a cushion
to absorb your throbbing fears:
I am here
I always am,
just call.
