Ken, as you say, a lovely poem for animal lovers and particularly dog lovers. I myself have a couple (an old boxer and a youngish cocker spaniel) and they have been harder work than the kids - especially the spaniel, but we wouldn't be without them!
A great verse that made me laugh, Ken, so thanks for posting!
    All the best,

    Hey Ken,

That was such a sweet poem. And the way you have worded them it shows how affectionate you are of this new member. all pets especially dogs are truly loveable animals, and they are great at expressing their love and affection. In fact we could sometimes take a lesson or two form them.

Hope you have a great time with your heart stealer.
    Thanks for sharing. Take care.

    Ken,

This is a wonderful quite humorous piece for those animal lovers especially dogs. I don't have any dogs myself but have 2 family dogs from my mother which are well loved. We have always had dogs since I can remember.

    Well done, Em

At eight years old I had to give up "Blackie" my little loving Terrier who licked me constantly, because we were moving and no pets were allowed, many tears flowed, even now.
Thanks for your nice comments Karen
