Shanky - you've hit the nail on the head with this piece. Captured so much in a few words and written with real delicacy.
    "Sensation"
    ^^^^^^^

Great title - it says so much without saying anything specific. It leaves the reader wanting more; to find out what sensation is being experienced. There are many types, after all: love, hate, pleasure, pain, physical, mental etc.
    "From afar I saw her.."
    ^^^^^

I love the use of the word 'afar' - it is soft and poetic and gives me a perfect visual of this beauty you have seen from a distance.
    "face lit like (the?) sun"
    ^^^^^^
Great simile - now this woman is a 'radiant' beauty in the reader's mind. (mine anyway!)

In fact, she is so radiant, the very sight of her has left you 'crippled' - great word in this context; to be completely disabled by the sight of someone who - perhaps - you have never even seen before.

".....with love I was yet to taste" - this confirms my suspicions: I don't believe you have even spoken yet, but you are in love....hopelessly by the sound of it.

    "sensation of a lifetime"
    ^^^^

If what the 'sensation' was or needed explaining, here we have it - and what a sensation that is!

    Great write, Shanky. Stay well,
    Ben
