Morning after pill

Firstly I'd like to say that you write about the subject well and i feel from a truthful point of view. You write open and honestly with raw emotion.

For a poet,
the morning after pill
after a one night stand
is always a poem
about feeling hollow

This opening stanza grabs the readers attention and I feel that the use of 'hollow' is a real deep and powerful way to explain using this.

I left your house full
of silence, you said I had
no problem talking
the night before

The contrast here is amazing and goes to show that you didn't want to get caught.

the tram had passed
about five stops already,
I was
thinking about how
I possibly need
to see a therapist

You 'thinking about how I possibly need to see a therapist' shows hat this happened be wise there are problems going on.

...because I always feel
like crying after strangers
touch me,

This is the saddest stanza because you let it happen but do not like it as everybody else. It's like what you craved but do not want..

The repetition here to me shadows the depression like feeling.
