Yes the end of time is near. Its like humans are killing their own kind paving a way for a dead planet where there is not going to be a future let alone a living soul.

This poem strikes right at the heart of the terrible truth: we really do seem to be in a dreadful state of decline at the moment, don't we?
As a father, I truly worry about the world my kids are growing up in, from the smaller problems (the narcissism and superficial nature of everything these days) to the more obvious and bigger ones.

I can definitely relate to your words, It is such a sad time that we live in. Selfish greed and lack of caring is destroying our planet yet people do nothing to change the tide for future generations. I feels also that the end of time seems very near.
