Let me just start this comment by saying as a poem, I absolutely love it; the content, the bluntness, the rhyme - all excellent.
The only couple of things I would say is that haiku tend to deal with nature and senryu more the human condition - so this would probably fall more into the latter.
Also, I'm not entirely sure if haiku/senryu should rhyme, strictly, but I could be completely wrong about that - you'd do better to ask Larry, perhaps?
To be honest, it doesn't matter sometimes what a poem is or isn't labelled as, if it's a great piece, it's a great piece - this is. I loved it.
