This poem is really well written and honest out-pouring of emotion and by the time I got to the end of it, I was sure it must be literal; I don't think such upset and anger could be conveyed any other way.
It is a well laid out piece of writing and I appreciate your use of subtle rhyme here and there throughout - it keeps the reader on their toes!

Love can be so strong it hurts. Sadly we all can relate to a broken heart. It takes time to heal and you will find love again with someone that is completely committed to the relationship. When someone leaves us for somebody else the chances are that they will do the same thing. By then hopefully you have moved on. Enjoyed reading. Take care
