    Andrea,

Another masterpiece from you lovely visuals and imagery. Death can be so hard to come by that it can suck the life out of us.

    Take care, Em

Love the images here. So many people see these as sad, somber pieces, but I see a possibility for rejuvenation. Dandelion whispers wishes, and the ashes, to me, signify a hope for another time/life.

    This is just beautiful.

Death is part of life but we really don't like to talk about it since death is final. We all start off as a tiny seed, last for a season and then turn into ashes. The only thing that's left is the spirit. That will remain forever. Take care and many blessings. Hugs.

Andrea, this is just beautiful! I love the imagery of your pocket full of your loved ones skeletal remains in the form of dandelion seedlings-Letting them blow into the wind, releasing their spirits, awesome write!

Andrea, what a sorrowful poem of loss. Setting up the mood so visually with images of skeletal remains. A fresh view of dandelion ashes a reminder of the people you have lost. Ashes and the seeds of the Dandelion all fly away on the wind like the souls of the friends we have lost.

Beautiful and emotional write as always though so very sad. Milly x

    Hello Andrea,

I love dandelions; the furry tops that beg to be blown. ..

This simile works well the visual of the fresh flower like a memory etched into a minds eye. Then like death, a season past and the vitality is lost and replaced with ashen seeds. With the cold westerly winter wind the seeds 'puff' into the air with good wishes; 'letting the spirits fly '

Andrea, this has hit home for me today. Losing our loved ones is hard, but it's worth keeping in mind that their spirits will live with us forever.

    Thank you.
