We were broken for so long
together and lonely
crawling inside
sad really
how familiar and
comfortable
pain can be
your tears always bleeding
a smile that always lies
emotions
that fell down long ago
I've tried to leave
but you always stay
and you hunger
with a need
that can never be fixed
waiting for it
over and over again
it's funny how
comfortable pain can get

    Wow this is good.

    It is funny how comfortable pain gets sometimes that we learn to live with it but we shouldn't because that's when people start walking over us.
