Embrace Tomorrows

by FELTON PHILLIPS   Apr 30, 2016

Savor the life you lead

Savor the air you breathe

Savor the memories seared into your mind

Choices made, life left behind

Tomorrows shortened by the passage of time

To move on is not a crime

Tomorrows are forever and this life is not

Sometimes memories are all you got

Do not be too concerned with all your sorrows

To achieve true happiness, embrace your tomorrows.

    Hello Felton.

This is an important piece of advice in a great little poem that we would all do well to read and take note of.
I like the way you have spaced the lines out - each one is more prominent in the reader's mind as is the advice it carries because of that.
"to move on is not a crime"

    ^^

I don't know why, but that's my favourite line.

    All the best,
    Ben
