Pain management poem (Acrostic/ Septet)

Each step on the tightrope brings
Another jolt of white fear
Ricocheting electric
Agony from within a
Confined tortured cell.
Hell has no penance worse than
Eardrums pulsating with pain

Septet - A poem of seven lines with added difficulty by making each line 7 syllables. Why? Well, I couldn't sleep and needed distraction.

    Dear Michael, it seems that you're really suffering this morning with earache? And, it's an awful thing and does keep us from sleep and doing some things of it's really bad. Another beautifully written piece and form I didn't now of so thank you.
