I Can't Believe He Ate The Whole Thing:

by Scott Cole   May 11, 2016

Two little worms
Out for a fish,
Two little fishing poles
And a big ole wish.

Sitting on the bank
Right in the Sun,
Two little worms
Having some fun.

Lines in the water
Fish on their mine,
Will they catch one
If they have time.

When out of the blue
A line starts to move,
The littliest one digs in
With both of his shoes.

Pulled with his might
With all that he had,
To catch whatever
Good or bad.

It breaks the bank
The end of the line,
That poor little hook
Still with it's shine.

The littliest worm
Looks to his dad,
A tear in his eye
Feeling all mad.

Maybe next time
We'll have better fate,
That stupid ole fish
Took my whole bait.
