Indecision

by Phil Laws   May 11, 2016

Wait on a limb
Shiver at your thoughts
Gateway to grim
Giver of the sought
Reeling in pain
Dueling with time
Feelings in vain
Ruling the mind
Buckle for sight
You're on your feet
Knuckle and fight
Or take a seat
This indecision got you
My whole vision is not you
Each day that bliss there fought you
It seems it never caught you
With heart severed it taught you
This indecision got you
The sole revision
Indecision
Mending splinters
Fate or a whim
Pending winters
Wait on a limb
Forlorn season
When men shun you
Scorn then reason
Then given unto
This indecision got you
My whole vision is not you
Each day that bliss there fought you
It seems it never caught you
With heart severed it taught you
This indecision got you
The sole revision
Indecision
Duelings and dealings
Or steal the stool
Fooling the feelings
To feel the fool
Thought that you should
Cut through the ruse
Not that you would
What do you choose
This indecision got you
My whole vision is not you
Each day that bliss there fought you
It seems it never caught you
With heart severed it taught you
This indecision got you
The sole revision
Indecision

I like this one. It seems many of u can be illusional when it comes to somebody else and we get misinterpretations of them.

The rhyme throughout is catchy making it a more enjoyable read.

Thank you. The internal rhyme takes forever. I scrapped so many good lines in failure to make them rhyme enough for this. I cleared 100 hours on this overall.
